He has been responsible for successfully budgeting and forecasting multi-million-dollar upscale restaurants, designing their menus, hiring and training kitchen staff and managers both front and back of the house. With all of this experience, Dean has been the consultant on several occasions to help with the layout of new and remodeled restaurants. He has managed many successful banquets and catering experiences from 15000 people and worked personally for the Governor of Tennessee.
Along with his occupation, Dean has taught cooking classes at Williams Sonoma, Café Creole, and in conjunction with this appeared on several TV shows and private functions on the Grand old Opry and Ryman stages.
He has strong interpersonal communication skills making it possible to develop, build and maintain strong passionate culinary teams.
